Who we are

Tampa Connect Group Inc. (TCG Works) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with significant barriers achieve and maintain durable employment, leading to social and financial stability. 

Through Employment and Training services provided via FLDOE/DVR, TCG Works assists Floridians with employment challenges in securing and sustaining jobs within their communities.
