TCG Works is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Job Developers/Job Coaches. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals with significant barriers secure and sustain employment, contributing to their social and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business owners and hiring managers to develop employment opportunities for our clients.
• Negotiate job placements and support clients in maintaining long-term employment.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage your workload independently.
• Maintain accurate and timely records through basic report writing and case note documentation.
• Foster positive relationships and be a supportive resource for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual abilities and familiarity with the local labor market are highly valued.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals facing significant barriers to employment is required or 4 years with HS diploma.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Proficiency in basic computer and software applications.
• A valid Florida Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle are required.
• Successful completion of a Level II criminal background check is mandatory.
• ASL proficiency or experience in working with the Deaf community is encouraged.
